I followed the directions very carefully but I have had absolutely no pain relief.

Received expired product
Package says "Use by expiry date shown on bottom of package" and mine says 100619. Ordered 10/30/19. Why would Wal-Mart send expired products? Absolutely unacceptable to send EXPIRED items!
