Compared to a certain name brand K T Tape this stuff is my favorite. The adhesive is strong and can be restuck in certain situations. It's not irritating to my sensitive skin and lasts several days. The measured grid on the paper backing allows easy custom sizing. I've used on my knees, back, feet, and arms, all worked out wonderful.

I don't understand how it works, but it works to take away the pain and the strain. I have arthritis and it helps with that kind of pain.

It was a 5 pack which I loved . Tape can be expensive but this was priced right and seems to stick good and last for days . 5 different colors is a plus . So far my experience with this tape is good .

I like using this tape as chest tape. Normal trans tape is way too expensive, and in this you get 5 rolls for a good price. The only problem I have had is itching, very itchy (but I also have experienced this using other brands of tape) I like how I can cut it to size, and I round the corners too. I have been wearing the same tape for like 5 days. But it is annoying in the shower cuz it absorbs the water. The tape is a good alternative for binding tho.

This was SO poorly packaged! Instead of each roll being individually boxed like it shows in the picture they were all stuffed into a smaller box and the shoved into an envelope. By the time it got to me the box was smashed and the tape was falling out of the box.

This item was packaged poorly. The item itself is super thin and not like any other kinesiology tape I have ever purchased. If i hadn't already opened it, i would return. This is a waste of my money.

honestly this stuff barely lasted a day and the sticky stuff and color was coming off on my skin horribke product by itself doesnt offer true support.

This is by far the cheapest KT tape I've ever dealt with. It doesn't help in any way; it is cheaply made. Leaves behind pieces of itself all over your skin that are close to impossible to get off, even after several scrubbing attempts. The cheapness of the adhesive caused my arm to have a reaction, and I had to promptly take the tape off. Save your money and purchase the better brands because even if they cost more, they will work like they are supposed to.
