My family and I absolutely love these pancakes!! I've begun mixing this with the King Arthur gluten free protein pancake mix. Delicious and easy to make. We thin the batter more than suggested to make thinner pancakes which are soo soo good!
Gluten-free products are sometimes difficult to find. This pancake mix is very delicious! We were thrilled to find it at Walmart, when our local health-food supplier was unable to obtain it at the time.
I make a double batch sometimes twice a week and keep them in the fridge. We like them as is, but we love them as the main part of what we call our "protein pancake power bowls". We warm up two or three pancakes, add fruits like bananas, strawberries and blueberries, some warmed fruit compote or jam, granola, maybe chia seeds, a bit of maple syrup and melted peanut butter! It doesn't get any better than these for a great nutritious and delicious breakfast. We love 'em!

Makes a good pancake or waffle. I make the whole bag up and freeze the result for quick reheating in a toast or microwave (for the pancakes).
