I recommend these, they are great!!
These are a great value and size for what I needed. The price was the best in the market and I really like hiw durable they were and the packaging was made well also which helps with storage. Fits well in children's hands and provides plenty colors for different crafts.

Vibrant Colors And Easy to Use
I am NOT an artist. I received a 365 Day drawing book, and one of the things recommended are oil pastels. I have never used any sort of drawing pastels before now. It took a bit to understand how to control the amount of color, but I think the effect is beautiful. I love them so much better than crayons or colored pencils. They're wide tipped; so I guess I could wear down to a point if needed.

I am not an artist, but enjoy using these to experiment with blending colors. The metallic element to these is also fun.

More crayon than oil pastel
I was so excited about these after using craypas and hating how waxy they were. These are basically craypas. Not sure why they are marketed as oil pastels, but they don't blend or layer like true oil pastels do. These are definitely more crayon than oil pastel. I'm going to return them, there are crayonish chunks all over my paper. My daughter's mess is even bigger than the picture of my mess haha.
