KINGART Mixed Media Gel Stick Crayons, 12 Primary Colors

Kingart products are excellent quality across the board, and these gel sticks are no exception. We love using them in our artwork and they have gorgeous quality colors that are similar to crayons and colored pencils combined. Will be buying a second set when these run out. Bonus about these gel sticks is they can roll up like a lipstick tube when they start to get low so they last for ages. Awesome set, highly recommend.

these remind me of craypaw they're like a wax they color amazingly well and make blending with alcohol markers or colored pencil very easy

I like these. I'm not an artist of any type but they're fun to draw with. it's like a gel and paint combined to me when I use them. colors are good. my son also has a set and he enjoys them as well for their smoothness. and he is quite artistic.

It was the perfect gift for my sister and she is very satisfied with it.

I read a lot of other reviews about how wonderful these are, and they're nice, but not all that. They are creamy and blend well. They can also be layered over a color for scratch-through designs. They disappear quickly when used for full color effect. I'm not sure I like them any better than stick oil pastels, which seem even more flexible in their blending and shading. They can also be used with water for a watercolor effect, but I did not find that to be any better than an inexpensive watercolor set. There is also a TON of plastic packaging for these, which may make them 'neater' to use, but it's kind of gross for how short a lifespan these will have. They are an interesting addition to the art tools, fun to play around with, but not something I would buy again or expand by buying more colors.

Thought they were markers first of all then when I tried to use them because I thought they were still cute. They are flat tipped and not very usable.

There was 2 missing from the box when I picked it up curb side bartow fl Walmart would not replace them. I needed specific colors at time So I really did not try them out Very disappointed.
