Mix fiber into water for regularity help.
Optifiber has just a slight color hint mixed into water with hint of a flav our. Toss 2 measuring spoon which is included into 8 ounces water for gas constipation for diarrhea or regularity. Mix well. Works for regulatity with no discomfort or after issues. Daily use is easy with good daily regularity.

Definitely not like benefiber
Definitely not like benefiber. Did not dissolve as easily. Caused severe blot and gas. Actually threw it out! Wasted my money
