This sublingual B12 Kirkland Brand. It dissolves under the tongue very well. It does take awhile to get them so don't order them when you only have a couple pills left.

A must have for anyone who has had gastric bypass
The B12 is very beneficial for anyone who has had a gastric bypass. Being deficient in B12 is very bad and it leads to a lot of bad side effects. Therefore I take today.
