I'm happy that I have this since the fridge ice maker has broken. I have been using it almost daily. Two adults in AZ, we are making ice water. I use it after supper and I fill the freeze. The only complaint I have is the ice is not as cold as the fridge ice. It's a bit softer than the fridge ice. I think I realized that it is not a freezer but a machine that spits out ice in about an hour, total. I'm pleased with my purchase so far. If I have a party, I would probably buy a bag of ice and this would be a great backup. It doesn't really take much space.

i personally can never remember to fill ice trays and this thing is so worth it. one of the best and most useful purchases ive ever made. got it on sale and thought the price was totally worth it. we use it every single day. plus we love the little pellet ice cubes

Great product arrived earlier than it said it would. Easy to set up. The self cleaning function on it is easy to use. Is a little louder than I would like but not over powering loud. The tank holds roughly 2 16.9 ounce bottles of water. Definitely would recommend

Very big fans of this. We have always preferred small cubes of ice to crushed or large cubes, and this machine makes them the perfect size. It holds about enough at capacity to fill 4 normal glasses, or to put into 2 large tumblers for when we want iced drinks while out and around doing things. It is also very quiet in operation, easy to fill and maintain, and fits comfortably on my kitchen counter and under my upper cabinets. It also takes roughly 10 minutes to make the first batch from turning it on, which means I can come home, turn it on, and by the time I'm ready to sit down and relax, it's ready for me to collect a cup. Overall, I have zero complaints, and am highly satisfied with this machine.

It's heavier than it looks, but otherwise it's one of my favorite buys. The ice is perfect for chewing or cold drinks. Would recommend for a small household, but if a lot of people are constantly using it you will need to keep it refilled with water. Takes less than an hour for me to have enough ice for a cup.

We purchased this ice machine in February and it's now October and stopped working. It makes a train horn sound when trying to make ice so I'm not sure the issue. We tried several things to fix it and nothing. Disappointing that we paid $150 for it to break already.

This ice make is small, which may appear to some. The ice is great, BUT you have to move the ice out of the way of the “drop zone” or it stops making ice. We set it up yesterday and it was a constant having to knock ice out of the way. Not good for us bc on days we work, it won't be able to make enough for us to have at night since it just stops. It's not for us, but if someone is at home to babysit it, maybe it would work for them. Def not the value for the money and we got it bc of the great reviews. Definitely not satisfied.

This machine does not make nugget ice. It makes ice chips and shavings like when you would be given ice chips when you're in the hospital. I'm very disappointed. I wait a very long time to find a nugget ice machine that I could afford paid shipping for this. Now I'll have to send it back.

Ordered one canceled it immediately in like 30 seconds because it went to debit card I thought so I ordered another one put it on my wal mart card they did not cancel my first order and because I removed my debit card from my Walmart app they put them on my credit card and now it's my fault that I have to pay 277 dollars and change for ice maker that were on Black Friday for 89 dollars
