10-year old had a friend over and we needed a project. We decided to make a brookie. I took the cookie dough and the kids took the brownie mix and followed the recipe on the box. Easily made and easily baked. Very tasty brownie. A bit of a chuckle highlighting the protein content on the box though as it's not very high. Buy these because they taste great.
The brownies were delicious, and also filled with protein and fiber, which helps keep me satiated.
I've using this great brownie mix for several years!!
These are surprisingly tasty for what they are. I was prepared to have to smother them in peanut butter to make them more palatable, but they're delicious on their own. I used butter and subbed coconut oil for the vegetable oil - perfection. Make sure you don't leave them in for as long as the box directions say to though! I followed those instructions for the first batch and pulled them after 22 minutes, but they were way too far gone. I pulled the second batch after 18 minutes and after they cooled, they were the perfect amount of chewy around the edges but fudgey in the center.
they are easy to make and taste great and are healthy with whole wheat anti oxidant cocoa and i use apple sauce instead of butter and so its lower fat a win win and contrary to books written about fat not contributing to weight(fat)gain/ dietary fat above what u need 50 grams per day more readily stores as fat
I finally tried these and was blown away how good they are! They don't have that weird aftertaste or strong protein smell. This will be my go to for brownies & can't wait to try more products!
These are a great substitute for box brownies and high in protein. Throw in some extra chocolate chips or reeces pieces and you have a heavenly dessert!
While I've loved pretty much everything product, this one has been my least favorite so far. We found it to be dry and overcooked using the instructions provided and certainly not worth the price.
This is the ONLY Kodiak product I've ever used that I did not like. It was very dry and stodgy as prepared according to the directions.
Dry, flavorless, more calories, fat, and sugar than Ghirardelli triple chocolate brownies. Ok 8 grams of protein vs 1 gram but for taste and nutritional facts I'll stick with Ghirardelli!
