Kodiak Protein-Packed Power Cakes Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle Mix, 18 oz Box

This is expensive but I love it. I make microwave cakes out of it I saw as a trend on TikTok. Equal amounts water to mix and microwave in a mug or bowl for a high protein treat. Can also use milk of choice for more protein. Love all the flavors they carry!!

I've been making High Protein Graham Crackers from the recipe posted on the Kodiak website, and when I received the pumpkin mix, I used that in place of the Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes mix the recipe calls for. They turned out fantastic! We enjoy both mixes, and I highly recommend the pumpkin mix.

So good!!! I always add vanilla, fairlife milk, banana, and let's be real... chocolate chips/white chocolate chips. Just wish this brand in general was more affordable.

These are so easy and convenient to prepare. You can make them anywhere you want sandwiches hamburgers put it in a salad just beat it out of the pouch and protein, which is the reason why I ordered this and they taste delicious.

Love love love Kodiak cake stuff. Get that protein in! Pumpkin definitely like pumpkin and is delicious. Mae's cookie and pancakes and muffins and waffles. Add pumpkin purée or don't! This pumpkin mix delivers!

The perfect pumpkin flavor and made my house smell like fall! The directions of one cup of mix for the waffles made 5 Dash mini waffles. The texture is dense like a regular waffle with no protein or grittiness. I highly recommend if you like pumpkin and are looking for some extra protein!

I have been a Kodiak consumer for a long time, cakes and oatmeal. I don't typically eat a lot of pancakes unless I have a very active morning and when I do, it's Kodiak due to the high protein, low sugar and carbs. They hold me over to lunch very well usually with no carb crash. I don't use syrup but will top them off with berries.

It was on sale right after Halloween and I picked up two boxes thinking they might be worth it at a discount. The pancakes are actually better tasting than I thought they would be. The pumpkin and spices are fairly strong, but not overpowering. The texture was good as well. As with any protein pancakes that I have made, I have to slightly thin the batter and lower the temps, but they came out good the first time.

This mix taste like dirt. Made them for my wife and I and we both hated them. Now I use the regular Kodiak Mix all the time and it is pretty good. I would never buy these again. I see why they were 2 dollars a box.
