I like the appearance, of the toaster, ease of setting, accurate results of color of toast. I would recomend this toaster for every one who likes a perfect slice of toast.

Arrived damaged, a buckle in the top metal. Very thin metal casing. Did not effect performance though, so I kept it.

like others, can't toast evenly, why bother?!
That's with almost all testers that I have seen or read reviews, it cannot toast toast evenly front to back, or top to bottom. So sad! My last toaster probably cost $15 or less from Walmart, the one I ended up cost closer to $60 and it still doesn't need to do bagels quite right :-(. Had to settle for something.

Uneven Toasting
Toasts sides unevenly, requires too much time and high level setting plus additional toasting, and turns English Muffins into hockey pucks. Outer toasting elements do not completely or evenly heat.
