In preparation for my liver transplant, I am in the process making sure I have 3 month supply of food so my husband will able to prepare our meal while we are in our motorhome close to the hospital. I followed the direction on the box. Instead of baking in a greased pan , I put it into 2 jars and baked. When they were done, I quickly put on hot lids and rings. They sealed immediately.!

Healthy and Delicious!
I used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil and it was healthy and delicious!! I LOVE this bread! I will be buying it again real soon!
