This stuff really does the job. I was on vacation in a very hot humid beach area. My feet were sweating like crazy. Started to develop a hot spot on my foot. I applied one of these marvels. Worked like a charm. Did come loose from the sweat siring the day. Save me from great uncomfortable situation.
This is the best blister prevention ever. I walk several miles 3-4 times a week and wear this tape every time on my heels and insteps. The tape is very comfortable. I never get blisters. Thank you, KT! ***** (5 stars)
I love this tape! I use it for the back of my heels when I wear regular shoes and I use it around the side of my great toe. I tend to ge blisters in this area. I love that it's thin and neutral color!
Works great! I had a new pair of running shoes that were causing a hot spot on my heel, but the blister prevention tape allowed me to run pain free for 18 miles and with no further issues.
I love this blister prevention tape. I've used it over the last several years to wrap some of my toes that normally blisters when I hike, long walks, working out on the treadmill, etc. It's thin enough that once I pull my socks on, I don't feel it and it helps prevents hot spots
Super durable, currently using in my marathon training it's been extremely effective at keeping blisters away.
I ran a 10-mile distance in the sweltering, humid heat of Florida during the summer. After mile 4 or 5, I began to feel pain in the areas where I had blisters from previous runs. Upon returning home and removing my socks immediately, both tapes had already been removed from the affected areas. Surprisingly, I felt no discomfort during the few miles that the tape had managed to stay on. If they could only hold for a few more miles, they would be an ideal product. I applied them to the area more than 1 hour before activity. Any advise? I truly wish they could do the job during the entire run.
I liked how soft this was, but it didn't stick at the bottom of my foot or on my toe very well. I found that it came off really fast. I had to wrap a small strip of regular KT tape around the blister tape to keep it in place.
These work but not as well as the black version of the black version. They last me about half a day of fieldwork (hiking steep, rugged terrain) and then are sweaty and coming off and need to be replaced. That being said, they help a lot with blister prevention, and work decently well as a tape over a blister healing pad or moleskin.
Bought the wide blister prevention strips, anticipating to use them on my upcoming 100 mile trail race. Tried them on a training run and by mile 23 they completely peeled up into little rolls. Had them on the heel, arch, and around big toe. Same problem in all areas and both feet.
