KT Tape Black Pro Synthetic Precut Kinesiology Tape 20 Strips

I'm bone on bone in both my knees. I have osteoarthritis, rheumatoid, and arthritis. Since I have been using KT, my life has changed. I have a lawncare business. I use a walk behind mower. On an average I walk 30k steps a day. I also am a Postal Carrier, that's a lot of steps too. This KT, saves me, saves me from swelling, inflammation, pain is minimized to a 2 if that. A M A Z I N G price for a product I love!! I deal with chronic pain and muscle spasms from fibro and a herniated disc and KT Tape is amazingly helpful!! And it does not give me a rash like some of the other brands do (I have a sensitivity to adhesives). I sure wish Walmart paid their workers better though, I truly hate shopping with them but poverty demands it.

Recently bought KT TAPE PRO EXTREME and the ice sleeve. I'm very satisfied with both. The tape always helps with whatever is ailing me at the time and the ice sleeve works great. It's easier to use than ice packs or frozen water bottles. It's easier stays in place on whatever body part I need it for. 5 stars.

You got it a 6. I'm still learning to put it on correctly, today my PT person put it on for me. I really paid attention. Hopefully, next time, I do a better job. This product is better than any sleeve I've tried in the past. I'm putting another order in today. Thank for your a very helpful knee product.

I purchased the KT tape for my feet and discovered that it works on my sore knee, as well. KT tape made my sore tendon in my foot feel much better so that I was able to keep doing everyday activities. When wearing it on my knee, I had no soreness, and the tape is less bulky and not hot like my knee sleeve.

A little technique and trimming makes some happier joints. In lieu of clunky knee braces it's a I find it a great thing. Makes my bum shoulder decent in a golf game. It's made this sexagenarian way more active. One kickback is skin sensitivity after repeated use.

It's good for the most part but I don't know if I received a defective batch because some would come right off after less than a minute but I would get another one from the same roll and that one would stay on. I have been using the Pro and Pro Extreme for years and this has never happened.

First, this tape is Original, next grade up is PRO. The tape ends begin to pill off within hours, and even without getting wet in the shower or sweat. The box tells it is not water resistant. But as I mentioned, the tape has very poor stickiness on the end, and this is with applying no stretch on the end as per video instruction. I'd go with PRO or another brand.

I have used this tape when it was in the yellow box and loved it. Since it has been repackaged and redone the adhesive will not come off and I literally had to rip the tape off of me. It used to come off so easily but not now. I have had to switchth to a different tape as a result. Why did you mess with the perfect product. I would love to buy some of the old tape if it is still available.

I've been using KT Tape for years. Bought a new roll yesterday, and applied it to my shoulder. I cleaned and dried the skin, let it sit for 45 minutes before I put my PJs on, and went to bed 4 hours later. Get in the shower the next morning, and it starts peeling he second water hits it. It left a little outline of residue, but came clean off without even irritating the skin. So disappointing!
