I have a bad shoulder and receive therapy, this product helps blood flow allow my healing process speed up. It is a big difference when I do not have it on, so now I wear them all the time, big relief, I saw a difference and realized it was worth the investment for my physical needs.
This is perfect for sports performance when applied right, has support, not bulky, and dont overstretch it so it wont roll up while playing your sport.
i love my kt tape it helps keep my joints in place with my h.eds. the only downside to it is when it co.es time to take it off, you give yourself an unexpected wax job .
I was introduced to KT tape years ago after my knee surgery. The therapist helping me with my recovery recommended I tape my knee when I undertake any athletic activity. I am an avid tennis player and have been using KT tape since my therapy 90% of the time. During the times I do not tape my knees and finish my tennis session, there is a dull achy feeling. That feeling is absent when I use the tape. I am not sure whether the oxygen tape is better than the regular KT tape, but my view is it can't hurt. It costs the same and if KT Tape says it is better at supplying my muscles with oxygen, I will take their word for it.
This is the only thing I have found that relieves the pain in my neck. It's virtually nonexistent. Amazing product.
It's my favorite of the kt tape
KT Tape Pro Oxygen is the best aid for support of my knees. I found knee braces to be too bulky, restrictive, and hot, so I tried athletic tape as an option. Many tapes were too rigid, didn't breathe or support, and left nasty adhesive that was hard to remove. I then discovered KT Pro Oxygen, which checked all of my boxes: provided great support, was comfortable and let my skin breathe and heal, was not restrictive or bulky or stuck to my clothes, left no adhesive residue, and I am able to use each application almost an entire week. I have found no other better solution.
As an LMT, I look for products that will help myself and my clients stay well. This version of the tape stayed put thru sauna, cold plunge and even a micro surf session on day two, and is helping me to recover from a chronic injury. Where other things just weren't working, the tape is doing the job. Thanks for making a great product.
I have used other tapes, I have found for more support and longer use this is my go to. I use this one during work, every day and swimming during the summer. You definitely should make sure your skin is clean and dry before trying to put it on. It will roll up and be a waste. My only issue is when I try to take it off I rip my skin. It says to use baby oil to help take it off but it doesn't always work.
To my disappointment this stuff easily comes off if you are wearing a shirt. If your shirt rubs on this stuff then the tape gets compromised. A huge disappointment because this stuff isn't cheap at all. It does provide some relief though.
