works great!
i recently went back to work after having a baby and this tape helped tremendously with my lower back pain. standing for almost 10 hours a day, this tape really did wonders for me.

KT tape wide is perfect for larger areas that need more support. for example hernia.

While it's nice how wide the tape is, and it definitely does the job, it is very difficult to remove. It almost feels as if it rips the skin off your body.
