I have taken Kyolic garlic in one form or another for years. It's the best. The only brand I would take.

Garlic For Health
Without exception this product will be in my cabinet for the rest of my life. Garlic is long since proven to be beneficial for health. No side effects or issues. Do yourself a favor and get on the Aged Garlic train. Your body will thank you!

I've been taking this for quite a while now for cardiovascular purposes and it seems to work. I wouldn't dream of not taking it. I'm 81 yrs. old and doctor says I'm healthy (as a horse).

Garlic has been a staple in kitchens and medicine chests for thousands of years with good reason. I have used this Kyolic product for decades. It is a convenient way to take garlic and Kyolic and Swanson are trustworthy companies to deal with.
