What a great product! Very satisfied!
Very convenient and easy to use, this is a must have item in a household
Light stays on all the time can't be turned off

It's NOT a straight forward install.
The screw to secure the outlet extender to the outlet is NOT included. It's in the picture. So. Now how do I acquire a 2 1/2 inch long screw that will have the correct threads to properly fit an outlet? I purchased THIS outlet extender because it pictured the screw. Very disgusted.
I don't like that a returned/restocked item was sold to me as new. The screw that holds it to the outlet is too short, so the outlet extender gets pulled from the outlet when a cord is unplugged.
Two unit pack. One of them worked, the other's USB outlets did not.
The outlets work fine but the two usb ports only barely work, can't charge anything off of them unless you leave it overnight and it will still only by 1/2 charged. Just a cheap product, you are better off spending a little more and getting something that actually functions.
Always makes an audible noise when plugging in USB cords and occasionally sparks as well. I do not trust this item to be safe.
