For diabetics and people watching their carbs, the Lakanto mixes are excellent! Highly recommend. If you're new to almond flour, there is a nutty texture to the flour. Really happy with these mixes.

my order was everything i expected. my complaint is it was not delivered to the right address. i had to look all over the neighborhood. this has happened many times and not just to me. they just frop off anywhere they want.

Well, the product was fairly flavorful but overall, I was not very happy with it. The texture was not as good as normal poppyseed muffins. For the price I was hoping it would be a little bit better., So as I was disappointed, I will not purchase it again. To me, it is not worth the price. L
