A can of this %26 2lbs of lean pork roast in the pressure cooker and I have tender %26 delicious green chili for burritos, taco salads or a yummy baked potato topper with some sour cream. Love the flavor but without the heat my hubby can't eat. (I just add jalapenos to my stuff.) Also an easy base for chicken tortilla soup or white chili with beans. Someday I may make actual enchiladas!

Delicious in a can!
This is the sauce! You will really like the spices in the Las Palmas Green Sauce! Such a great flavor! The mild is my favorite to use when cooking for a crowd. They are labeled mild, medium, and hot for a reason! All of them are excellent!

Dynamite Enchilada Sauce!
This enchilada sauce is dynamite delicious. I've been buying it for decades. Super good flavor that I've used for many dishes. Highly recommended.

Wonderfully flavorful sauce.
This versatile sauce is not hot. The sauce is mildly spiced and works in many dishes. I always keep it stocked in my pantry.

5 of the 6 cans are wrong %26 some dented! I ordered MILD and 5 are medium!

Enchilada sauce can dented
Can is totally dented I don't believe dented cans are safe. Vacuum seal maybe compromised

Looked like some sort of motor oil.
Opened up and it looked like some sort of motor oil and was really runny. Did not smell right neither. This sauce usually is not like this. Best by date is June 4, 2025.
