Lasko 12" 3-Speed Oscillating Table Fan with Tilt Back Head, White, 2012

My oldest daughter & I both have cramped bedrooms so we needed fans that are small enough to sit on the dresser, but big enough to cool the rooms down. These are perfect! Not the quietest fans around, but a little background noise doesn't hurt anyone.

I have several fans that were making a "whining" noise and needed a quiet one for my bedroom. This fan is very quiet, assembly was easy, and it's just what I needed. Price was good, packaging and shipping were good, I'm happy with the purchase.

A little big for a desk fan, but thats what I use it for....bigger is better...lol. Quiet and pushes lots of air....in fact, I only keep it on the lowest setting.

Works great. Great size for bedside table . Easy to put together and I haven't had to yet with this fan but previous fans like this are quick and easy to disassemble when cleaning blades are needed.

My fan from Walmart is PERFECT for the living room, it is quiet and perfect for watching tv and still feeling cool. I cannot use my AC because it makes a very long and large rattling sound and since its located in the living room, I have to keep my TV volume on very high and that bothers my neighbors upstairs and next door. I live in a senior building and keeping the windows open I cannot get any type of air, so the Fan is PERFECT for what I need.

This Lasko fan required assembly, which needed to be done delicately, as the plastic grill is VERY lightweight plastic. It will never survive the usual brushing I've done on other fans to clean them. The plastic that the fan blades are made of is a mess of white with blotches of light blue/grey, which at first looked like mildew. It does not clean off; it's embedded in the plastic. However, the fan DOES work well, and is quiet.

Pros: This fan is smooth and quiet, yet sets up a nice breeze in the room. OTHER brands I have tried are loud, vibrate, and they really don't move much air. My experience is that Lasko fans are better than other brands in this price range because of the quiet, effective performance. Assembly is simple and easy. Cons: The construction is cheap plastic and is somewhat flimsy, but again, it works nicely. Not exactly as pictured. Due to it's size, it should be described as a table fan. Summary: I do recommend this product for the reasons mentioned in the pros. This fan does what I wanted it to. The plastic construction is offset by the low price. It is a good value.

This fan is cheap and good for the price. It actually has a low setting rather then high,extra high and super high like most fans. The front grill does not have the silver ring or silver lasko logo,its plain black. It is pretty quiet but now and then it will make a weird little noise for a few seconds. The real reason i bought this fan was because a review said it had an actual low setting and they were right. I bought a good amount of much more expensive fans and brought them back because of them lacking a low setting. Overall value is good and worth it.

Like this fan because it goes back%26forth, replacing a Vornado table top that lasted 17 years, always blowing strongly. Bought a black Lasko tabletop a couple years ago, and love it. This year's purchase (white) just doesn't seem to blow as powerfully as the black one. Left the black one in the living room to keep cool during the day. This one is in the bedroom and turned towards the wall if I don't want it blowing directly on me and it circulates air all night. Lasko fans are good fans and good value.

I bought this fan to replace my now dead fan I had had for 6-7 years. This fan is very similar to this one (same brand, size, and features). Big differences I noticed btwn the old one and this newer version is the lighter weight bc there was little to no metal on this one, the plastic is flimsy especially the grill around the blade, fan is more powerful than the older version, but it's also a LOT louder. I used to have the old one on while I was sleeping and that isn't possible with this one. My dog leaves the room when this fan is turned on even on the lowest setting.
