Lasko 22” Oscillating 3-Speed Ceramic Tower Space Heater with Tip-Switch, Remote, CT22850

This heater throws out warm air as soon as it's turned on! So far this little heater has been great! It's for my bedroom and keeps it warm so far although we don't set it above 64. The outside temperature was 42 last night and we live in a 1981 old trailer with next to no insulation so I'd say that's pretty good. Neither the cabinet nor the cord bevame hot while operating it.

This little heater is AWESOME!!! It will heat a large room VERY quickly. On the setting "H3," (the highest setting) it will warm a large room within five minutes. No joke. This little heater throws out some major heat. The kind of heat as if you were standing directly in front of a fire!!! Other nice feature(s) it has, is oscillation, timer, romote, temperature control and three different heat settings. The only "negative" that it has (my opinion), is an annoying beep it makes, when selecting/operating it and you cannot turn it off. But other than that, this small unit, throws out some huge HEAT. It is the best little space heater that I've ever had!!!

So far so good in this weather season of uncertainty. I have only used it a handful of times. It heats pretty quickly. I love the remote control and how I'm able to adjust temperature from where I'm sitting. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is as time goes on, is it getting dusty. I'll try with all my might to keep it cleaned. If anything changes I will review.

I have had a Lasko heater that lasted over 15 years, and since it is being held together with tape after I tried to clean the coil and broke the housing, I decided to buy a new heater. This is a great little heater. It is very quiet even on the highest of 3 heat settings. It stays cool on the outside and oscillates without any noise at all. It puts out a nice amount of heat and I use it in the bedroom. About 300 sq ft. The one feature I want to mention is the Eco mode. If at any time you change the temperature up or down, it automatically puts the heater in Eco mode. And this means after it reaches the selected temperature it will drop from High to Low heat fan setting and keep running until temperature reaches two degrees above selected temperature. Instruction sheet explains it all. One thing I was surprised to see on box, it is Made In Malaysia. I thought Lasko claimed to be make in USA. So that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise. this is a good heater for the price.

I have always had good luck Lasko products. Three heat levels and it heats up fast. Oscillator range is just enough. Quiet, decent number of settings and light weight to carry. I gave it less than 5 stars for the price only not the performance. I needed this in a hurry, however, I have seen it cheaper elsewhere.

I thought it was a little pricey, cause it's not one of the larger ones I guess everything has gone up a little. But the quality of the heater is great.

Pros: very very very very easy to use. Just plug it in, turn it on (whether by remote or buttons present), choose heat setting, make it stay in one place or let it move around (oscillate). I got it on delivery during cold time and it really saved me. Cons I guess: I have a tiny room so after an hour or so, the heat gets really humid if I don't leave my door open. If I leave the room and come back, it feels really humid. It could be because I live in a warm all year area, might not feel the same for a person in winter. Might be better for them. I would put it on the highest heat then after an hour put it on the lowest and that feels better for me. It is also short so I put it on a desk so i can feel it.

I had old Elite heater from Lasko that is why I bought this one but not happy. It should have more heat and forceful fan. Also remote is very hard to push. If Lasko has powerful heater even with more money, I would like to try. If I can return this heater.

I bought two of these heaters brand new from Walmart because they were sold out of the ones that I wanted and the weather was about to get brutal. I opened one and tried it out extensively one evening and then again the following morning. It became evident to me that these were not only a complete waste of money but also that it would eventually steal more money from me seeing that it didn't produce much of a heat source, what so ever yet it would be costing me money on my electric bill! I returned both heaters that morning with no problem what so ever at my local Walmart. I was very greatful for that, but realistically these seemed to produce less heat and power than my blow-dryer would on it's low setting.

Purchased this online on January 17j, 2026, and used it on and off for the last month, and it totally stopped working on February 23rd. Nothing happened to it. It just stopped working. Tried to get an online return info from Walmart.com, but it is not even offered. I do not recommend anyone buy this unless you want to waste your money.
