None of the side effects which is unusual for me. Hoping this supplement will help get my sugar numbers down.

I was experiencing chronic diarrhea, and this brand of Berberine solved the problem. In late June I ran out and tried a different brand, but the diarrhea came right back. :( I also let my gastroenterologist that I was using Berberine and she had no problem with it. She was, in fact, happy to learn about the supplement.

I believe this product is helpful. I am taking it twice daily in conjunction with Rugby Niacin (500 mg 2X daily), 5000 i.u. Vitamin D, a 2X daily multi, and Fish Oil. Last December my total cholesterol was 208. This past July it was down to 168. Also my triglycerides last December were 326. In July my triglycerides were all the way down to 149. I believe the Berberine has been an important factor in this improvement.

Just received my order, almost 3 weeks later. Though at the time I ordered, it said everything went through, a couple days later got a message that I needed to complete my order. When I went back, I saw that it went through, but I never any time of delivery. It finally showed up, I have only been able to take it a few days will have to wait a month to see if it helps any. I ordered another supplement from another company the same day and got it within a week, with notes about when I should receive it.

Ive been a diabetic for 13 years. My nutritionist suggested I start taking Berberine. I started March 20th 2016 and I am now completely off all my meds including the 1000mg of Metformin I was taking daily. My blood sugar is down 30 points and I have dropped my A1C by .5. I am so happy to be off my prescription meds.

I was diagnosed as Type 2 diabetic in January 2016. My A1C was 6.7. Not good. I looked up alternative remedies in order to avoid medication. Tried white mulberry extract which didn't have any significant effect, as there was no change to my A1C. Started Berberine in March. Already almost 3 months in, my A1C is now 6.3. Not bad. Still at the prediabetic level, but it's a huge improvement. My doctor is stoked. I should also note that I added daily 1 hour exercise, been eating better, got counseling from a Certified Diabetes Educator, limiting carbs and have lost 12 pounds since January. I'm going to keep this up for a whole year and see how much I could improve. Will keep you updated. I know how this is nerve wrecking for many suffering this disease whether newly diagnosed or struggling to keep A1C down. But there is hope. Just keep on trying. It's possible.

I’ve been using Pure Berberine for the past couple of years, and it has helped me maintain my A1c to great levels. My doctor tried to prescribe Metformin, but the wash list of side effect was a big deterrent. I’ve always tried to go with natural products and this is by far the greatest. This is a wonderful product. It took a couple of weeks for me to notice a real difference in my blood sugars but it's working and I'm impressed. I've had my first low blood sugar experience in years using this product. I can't vouch for the cholesterol but for blood sugar, I'd highly recommend this product. As a type 2 diabetic, there is a constant awareness that this disease eats you alive. It affects every organ of the body. It has ruined my eyesight, I have lost 5 toes to gangrene. I have lost my ability to balance. It produces brain fog and other issues and the insulin I have been taking for the past 7 years creates weight gain despite your best efforts. Even when you try to be careful with your diet and follow the guidelines given you by your doctor, it is difficult to be successful in normalizing your blood sugars. Then along came Berberine. I have been taking is just short of a month and the past two weeks I have been able to completely eliminate my novolin shot. My blood sugars are consistently between normal ranges and I am feeling like there is finally a light at the end of the tunnel. I appreciate the careful instructions I received with tmy order and I have followed those instructions very carefully to prevent blood sugar dropouts, which are very dangerous. I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. It is important that you do your research. That being said, recommend this to any diabetic who is willing to be careful and diligent with their food regimen and their testing. It may have well saved my life.

I previously used another brand which did help control my appetite and I lost a few pounds. I saw the reviews on this brand and thought I would try it. I have used the entire bottle and I didn't notice any difference, so I'm going back to my previous brand.
