This is a true Panax (Korean) Ginseng product. I found the energy effect to be very powerful - for me, stronger than caffeine, without the jitters that would accompany a dose of caffeine to equal the energy I got from taking just one (1) dose of this product. The energy is much more even then a caffeine "boost." It lasted about 6-8 hours and gradually tapered down without leaving me with a feeling of "crashing" like caffeine. I've taken other ginseng products and other Korean ginseng products, and this has been the superior, so far. The smooth energy boost would be great all by itself; however, I also found that this product improved my mood, helped me to deal with daily stress, helped me feel more enthusiasm for my work and hobby projects. This Ginseng is absolutely the best I have ever used. I had been experimenting with different supplements to help me with menopause symptoms, I had tried Dong Quai and liquid black cobash, while helping a little bit with all the hot flashes, they still left a bit to be desired. I was overall hot all the time, so i started experimenting with Ginseng supplements. I tried a few & they helped a little but still did not restore me to what I was before this major menopause symptoms hit me. I also could not drink coffee anymore, which I love, because of all the undesirable additional heat. Then, i saw the reviews on this product, WITHIN 24 hours of changing my GINSENG supplement to this one, I was restored to the better me before all this horrible menopause stuff. I am still using the Dong Quai & liquid black cobash, but no longer have any undesirable heat or flashes. Also, who needs coffee anymore to try to clear up brain fog, THIS IS THE BEST SUPPLEMENT I HAVE EVER USED for an overall better healthy feeling. I feel 20 years younger, no undesirable effects.

Easy to take, and to those saying they didn't see any results, make sure you are taking it correctly. I usually take mine before eating in the morning with a glass of water, and It's been great. The company has been great with answering any questions I had as well. All the best to all of you...

Amazing what a difference this makes. In just a few days of steady use both my husband & I felt more energetic. We noticed how much more balanced with an increased sense of calm well-being we felt. I've tried many Ginseng products in my lifetime and nothing else compares. It does everything that is claimed on thee bottle. I recommend taking two capsules in the morning.

Truly a fantastic product and worth the price for the quality it has! I have the best mood and energy from taking this. I think of this as a medicine because it helps as much as it does!

I took it for 10 days but could not stand how dizzy I felt plus I had had a stroke that took away some of my equilibrium along with this product made too dizzy. I felt dizzy on day four when I turned my head to the side quickly but decided to see if it would go away until it got too much on day 10, also I felt no change but they say it needs 30 days to work, unfortunately I cannot take it any longer.
