Learning Resources STEM Explorers MathLink Builders Kindergarten STEM Activities and Games for Kids Ages 5 and Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have seen at least a half dozen types of linking cubes over my 15 years as an educator. The simple but smart alterations to these cubes make them the most versatile linking cubes I have experienced. The snapping mechanism is strong and lets the blocks spin, making them highly maneuverable. The holes in the center of each side are intelligently shaped differently. This one change leads to a variety of skill practice and activities that less diverse cubes in the category can not achieve. I was embarrassingly enthusiastic to write this review. Keep up the good work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my 7 year old. She absolutely loves these! She likes to follow the diagrams given and create the suggested items, as well as use her imagination to create new things. We also have been using them to learn math like we did when I was younger. 100% recommend!

These mathlink builders are perfect for a variety of ages. My 4-year-old likes them for practicing counting, building, and for practicing the concept of simple addition. I think they are very versatile and I would recommend them to all. I think they will be helpful as she continues on to more challenging math, as well.

Learning Resources STEM Explorers Mathlink Builder Blocks have provided hours of educational learning for my son..not to mention the fun he is having without even knowing he's learning! The packaging the blocks came in was easy to open to take the blocks out and easy to put them back in to store them. The blocks are very durable, nicely sized and come in great colors! They stack together nicely to build different things and the texture of the blocks feels nice..not to rough for little hands. Overall, this is a great item to have if your child/children are at home right now learning and a plus if they love math like my son does!

I received this product a few days ago and after trying it out with my child I can honestly say that it is such a good product. My child loved the different colors and the facts that they were easy to connect and unconnect. It helped with math and color recognizing and color grouping. I definitely recommend this product to anyone with children and small children in their lives.

The Learning Resources STEM Explorers Mathlink Builders have been a game-changer for my child's play and learning time. With 100 pieces designed for kids aged 5 and above, this STEM toy offers a hands-on approach to fundamental math skills. The pieces connect easily, making it a versatile tool for exploring shapes, patterns, and basic arithmetic. I'm impressed by the durability, vibrant colors, and educational value this toy brings. It not only enhances critical thinking and problem-solving but also aligns with STEM principles, providing a fun and engaging way for my child to learn while playing. I highly recommend it to parents seeking an educational yet enjoyable toy for their little ones.

Learning Resources STEM Starters Mathlink Builders is a nice STEM toy for kids 5 years old and above. All cubes are vibrant in colors and high quality made. They don't have ugly rubber/plastic smell. 100 cubes may not be enough to build lots of things but it does help kids to be creative with their building imagination. They're little bit hard for kids to separate by themselves.

I feel 50/50 about this 100 piece STEM Starters Mathlink Builders set. I like it because it's it's easy to put together, has fun colors and lots of pieces, and could keep children happy and busy for a while. You can also create lots of different things out of it like letters, or get creative and create roads for little cars and trucks, etc. However, I dislike it because the pieces break apart so easily. As you're putting the pieces together they break apart so you have to be REALLY, REALLY careful. My almost 4 year old son will get tired of this REALLY quickly because of this, and usually he would love something like this. It just needs to stay together a bit better. Aside from that, when it does stay together it holds together well. You can twist the pieces (see attached photo) to different angles, swap out colors, and have lots of fun with it.
