This is one of, if not the best tasting oyster sauces available. I like the squeeze bottle design, making it easier to measure when cooking Thai cuisine. Pailin, the chef at Hot Thai Kitchen, named this at the top of the list. (Lee K*m Ke* invented oyster sauce) If you plan to cook Thai food, you'll want this in your pantry.

I like the ease of the squeeze bottle and this brand is my go to. Very pricey for this small size "convenience " in a plastic bottle versus the glass bottle....stick to the original glass bottle
