Bed ladder.
It is easy to install and extremely easy to use. It was recommended by my physical therapist and she was glad I followed up on her advice, and so am I.

Great Pull Yourself UP ladder strap
This device is great invention. I use one on my sofa, and on my bed. It really helps to get up or move yourself around, when you have abdominal issues/scars from surgeries. Seriously a great purchase for seniors, I love them!

i have 2 broken ribs and a punchered lung and it makes getting out of bed a lot easier before i got it getting out of bed was torture
