The product arrived in terrible shape. It had been put in shipping bag upside down, the lid had been broken somewhere along the line and the granules we're loose in the button of the bag. The driver had to handle it even with granules leaking from the bag. The lid was cheap and did not secure the contents inside.

The product dissolves nicely and leaves no residue on the bottom of the spa. The water stays clear. Can't ask for more than that. Just wish it wasn't so expensive.
