When I brought the tablet I was totally satisfied with the purchased however I went on the website to order another item and the item said free shipping no matter the cost and a 20% discount. When I went on to purchase the item it wouldn't give me any discount and was going to charge me shipping. upon calling you office the person only offered the 20% not the shipping. If it say free shipping it should be free shipping. Disappointing.

Accidentally ordered 2 because I never got a confirmation from the first order so I assumed it did not go through! Was not able to return which is ridiculous because it is a sealed container! Processing was very complicated and I was very upset that I was charged for 2 and only got one confirmation for one!

I like the quality and the quantity. I was going back and forth buying the largest size available at the store. This will last for months and is in a great waterproof container.

This was a Great Price but it has been the best pool chemical I've ever used and I've tried several other pool companies. I've used their chemicals for several years now and will not change. . . !

Well worth the money, buying in bulk as long as you have a place to store them. I buy them once a season and it lasts me the whole season and living in Florida we have a long swim season.

By far the best product on the market in my opinion. Our pool is always crystal clear. Just wished walmart carried this in the store because when life gets busy and you dont realize your out...(I am sure I am not the only one) running to the store to buy the Clorox single tabs to get me through till my order comes in...trust me I see a diffrence!!

The product was fine. The shipping was a nightmare. Rather than arriving in a few days, it took more than 2 weeks to arrive with no meaningful updates except that it was delayed. FL sent it to NC where it sat for 9 days with no updates, then back to FL, back to NC and finally it made its way to VA .

I began return process shortly after ordering it and retailers told me i couldn't begin return until i received it. After i received it, i tried the return process again and was told that they could not accept returns on this product but the only thing you can do is refuse the shipment. My question is if this is a reputable retailer, WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THAT? I feel like they scammed me and I'm not very happy with Walmart either. I've ordered from them for years and have never been scammed by any of the vendors they chose.

It never came. Extremely disappointed I've never had this happen before. They're supposed to be sending out a new order to replace it, but the order was made on the sixth of the month and no tablet yet.
