I bought this for my wife as a replacement to her old laptop, it is a little smaller which is what she asked for. She has had it for a couple weeks, and we were just shopping on it this morning. This laptop is snappy, boots so fast, smooth keyboard and touch screen, we were just saying how much we love this laptop and what a great value it is for such a performance machine.

The computer has been on my saved for later, I found it on a great deal and free shipping! Also order came in the day after order was placed! Super convenient.

Bought to replace aging laptop that couldn't be updated to Windows 11. This unit came with Windows 11, and I was also able to use it as a tablet. I bought a Stylus Pen and Keyboard/Mouse to use at home as I like having a numeric pad and full-size keyboard and also prefer a mouse to a track pad. So far, everything has been working great. The battery holds a good charge, so I can make it through a meeting.

Very happy with this Lenovo touchscreen laptop. It's not a powerhouse, but for office work it does exactly what it needs to do. The 2-in-1 feature is awesome, and the backlit keyboard is a great bonus. The screen is glossy and definitely a fingerprint magnet without a matte screen protector — but once I installed one, the glare and smudges were basically gone. My only real complaint is Windows 11 setup forcing a Microsoft account login, which was frustrating. Other than that, solid 2-in-1 for everyday business use. great Windows 11 2-in-1 laptop and I'd definitely recommend it for everyday business or office use.

Great idea, but I discovered the reason it's being listed at such a huge discount. Could not complete setup since it kept freezing up and wouldn't accept input. I decided to return it, but first had to remove my personal info and reset to original factory specs. It took four attempts to do since it continued to lock up and refuse to complete reset until the 4th try.

laptop incorrectly loaded before shipping. spent hours before clg tech support. per tech support initial downloading faulty for Bios %26 Firmware Utility 11 program. advised to return laptop to walmart.

I'm very disappointed with the build quality of this laptop. Within a short period of normal use, a few keys from the keyboard started coming loose and eventually fell off completely. I use my laptop carefully and do not apply excessive force while typing, so this should not have happened so quickly. The keyboard feels fragile, and it seems like the keys are not properly secured to the base. Once the keys came off, it became very difficult to type comfortably, which seriously affects productivity. For a device that is meant to be used daily, the keyboard durability is extremely important, and unfortunately this laptop does not meet that expectation. I expected better quality and reliability. Having keyboard keys fall off with regular use raises concerns about the overall build quality of the product. I hope the manufacturer improves the keyboard design in future models or provides better support for such issues.

We bought two of these and both had critical keyboard failures within 3 months. One fell within the return window, the other just broke and is now outside the return window so I don't know what we're going to do. Absolutely do not buy this laptop even though the price looks great for the hardware - there's a reason for that.
