Dell laptop
I bought this on a black Friday sale so the price was right for my budget. Has all the features I was looking for, touch screen and backlit keyboard. Battery life is good but my last laptop had a battery with much longer battery life. The battery life could be related to the additional features of backlit, etc. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I got this computer to replace my husband's desktop. It was easy to set up, came in perfect condition, gives him the ease of moving around the house instead of being tied to the desktop. The Dell quality speaks for itself. So nice to be able to get name brand quality products at a reduced Walmart price.

I have purchased several laptops for my wife and finally I guess I got one she likes. She says the screen is nice and clear with sharp images. She says it's much faster than her old laptop which is also a top of the line laptop but I used it and it was pretty slow.

Killer limited deal!
Killer laptop! If you got one at the 349 price is an amazing deal. I upgraded my memory. It had one micron 8gb ddr5 5600 module.i installed another for 16gb. I also upgraded to windows 11 pro. Backlight keyboard and all . Love the aluminum chassis! And touchscreen.dell makes some of the best laptops. And monitors.this laptop is blazing fast with the core 5 ultra. I like the screen on it to it's comfortable on the eyes. No glare.great for business use!it's quiet fans not loud at all.keyboard is nice but I always use a wireless keyboard and mouse with my laptops Dell as well. Highly recommend!

Backlit keyboard super nice
Its arrived in pristine condition. Got a beautiful extra wide 16 inch sharp screen. Backlit keyboard is an extra plus for your money. Hard to get one within this price range.

Great deal for the sale price
Excellent machine for the money. I literally got it for half price from Wal Mart. The touch screen and backlit keyboard are great bonuses. The i5 Intel processor is plenty powerful. The laptop is surprisingly heavy. If you're looking for a thin, lightweight machine, this isn't it. But performance-wise, it's great.

Laptop is very light weight, thin style body and easy to setup. The battery life is less than 2 hours, although it works great connected to power source. Programs work very well.

Overall happy with the ease of purchasing, but price changed the next day to $30 lower. Had to return it and since I paid with PayPal, it could not be returned back through PayPal. No offer to just give me the $30 difference.

Terrible delivery with failure to demonstrate accurate tracking, response to my repeatedly inquires. Having won the Malcolm Balridge National Quality Award in 1994, I promised to report the results: the people, process and technology associated with this particular order was a dismal failure across the board. I'm confident it can be improved when management engages the employees involved to document the needed changes. Thanks for asking.

Disappointed
This laptop is noisy and overheats. I hadn't even used it for one whole day before it was hot to the touch, and the noise! Trouble shooting didn't help. The issue couldn't possibly have been caused by dust or using it on a soft surface. It was on my desk, brand new, and clean. No more Dells for me.
