So far this is a awesome Lenovo ThinkPad, the graphics are great, ai only had for about 2 weeks. Let's see if it continues to work properly. The delivery was on time and very professionally. A signature was required but they left it at the door without getting a signature. I will take a star away for that.
we have used this laptop for a couple weeks to do basic business work including email, invoicing and web browsing. it is quick, set up was easy amd battery life is great. the size of it is nice with it being on the larger side. the center button mouse is interesting at first, but nice once you get used to it.
For under $1k in this configuration, it's a steal! 64GB RAM makes the device ideal for running Docker containers and multiple pipelines without making it break a sweat. The laptop is lightweight, durable, and well featured for the price point. Enterprise quality. This would be ideal for office work or for a developer that needs a Linux machine on the go. The ThinkPad line is well supported by Lenovo and the Linux community.
Keypad light doesn't stay on. Battery drains quick but I'd rather have the performance. Rarely somewhere without a plugin.
its being used for work and its great. runs all of my windows products perfectly. no issues had it for almost 2 months.
Have had the laptop for almost 2 weeks. However, it appears that the battery life seems to be a bit iffy. Am using linux mint and using it the for general browsing with a lot of tabs opened though. I've checked the battery health and it's 100%, but it still drains in about 2 to 3 hours at best. From what I've read and the most optimistic estimates, I should at least be expecting 7 to 9 hours on balanced usage hours before charging it. I will, however, say that for 47W 5 to 7 hours sounds reasonable.
I like the computer for the most part/. The keyboard is the perfect amount of clacky for me. I don't forsee myself using the red button thing in the middle nor do I know what it's for but I can just ignore it easily enough. Bummed because the specs say "touchscreen: Y" but it is in fact NOT touch screen. Stars off for that false advertisement.
the computer is nice. the processing time is TERRIBLE. like, way slower than the laptop with the virus and completely maxed out memory that I was moving from. also didn't know that there was a button mouse in the middle of the keyboard. I'm sure that's my oversight but I don't really care for it.
Item received is not as described on Walmart.com. Both Walmart and PCOnline false To communicate past the initial contact to say they received my complaint. They did NOTHING to try to fix their mistake. I will never buy a laptop from either company again
I paid for Walmart tech support for set up and troubleshooting, etc. I called to get help setting it up. It said I was the %231 caller although they were having a higher than usual call volume (!). I held for 15 minutes and then the recording said I had to leave a message, which I did, and never got a call back. I was caller %23 1! In the "specs" it had this laptop listed as touchscreen - and it's not - and that was the main reason I chose it. Now I hafta return it. Very frustrating.
