I really enjoy how quiet the unit is, how you can turn on and off the night light, how I can place the unit on my nightstand next to my bed and the mist not get my nightstand and floor wet. I like the auto setting. Once it reaches a specific humidity temperature in the room it stops misting. Also, the convenience of adding water to the top of the unit verses the bottom. This product is exactly what I have been looking for for a very long time.
I've always heard quiet for overnight used this is the first time it is so quiet I couldn't believe it was on so I had to check twice. Sleep mode is beautiful all the lights go out. It's a timer is the best investment I've made so far this year.
After a horrible, leaky experience with a smaller humidifier from a different brand, i decided to give this one a try to stave off the winter dryness for my skin and musical instruments. Happy to say this one hasn't leaked in the month+ i've owned it. The built-in hygrometer usually reads within 5% of the 4 other hygrometers placed around my 500 sq ft apartment. Shuts off when empty and when desired humidity level is reached. Haven't used the app, so I can't speak to the customization, but I can say that it's worked well for my basic needs, and has made home a little more comfortable. Again, suitable for my 500 sq ft studio apartment, but I would size up if you have a bigger space.
We received our humidifier in a timely manner. Set up was easy and quick. It has been running now for a few weeks and I can tell a difference in the bedroom we have it in. We use filters water in it and we have not had an issue with it at all. We clean the tank weekly with soap and water and do a heavy clean (with the vinegar) monthly. Yes, it does leave a white film on some things, but that seems to be an issue with many humidifiers after discussions with others who have different brands. So far, we are really liking our humidifier and it is performing as stated by the mfg. So no complaints.
I liked it's performance so much I bought a second one. easy to clean and will mist for 2 days if setting is set on low or medium
Loving it so far. Winter will show how useful it can be. It has low, med, high and auto settings. It maintains a level of humidity that helps me with dry eyes, sinuses, cough and dry skin. In cold winter it helps with heating. It's quiet and easy to use.
Works Nicely. App Too. But in trying to register warranty, it wanted me to select the model %23 from a page of random Numbers %26 letters. The the model number on the unit was not amount the available options. I emailed them and they said registering was automatic and not required as long as I kept my receipt. Sound like they don't have it it all togather.
This humidifier has been the worse I have ever purchased. You have to clean it as mold is all through the machine. I have never had to clean one but ever so often. The output is good, but the mold cleaning is terrible. I think I feel worse now. I have kept it hoping to be better as my skin dry as well as sinuses. But I started having migraines and turned off the unit because I think this making be contributing to my problems. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another one of your products. I will send a review to whoever needs to see it. and let Walmart know what products they are selling is unacceptable.
this thing can easily get your room to whatever humidity you want but the problem is it constantly goes off auto no matter what and I wake up with the humidity in my room at 90 with a soaked floor, bed, and dresser. not sure what the issue is but it's annoying.
Product stopped working within 90 days. Humidifer shows a Code "E1" error with instructions to call Customer Support. The last room humidifer I owned lasted for 10 years, cost $20 was from CVS. I will return to CVS to find my next pruchase!!!!
