Contrary to other reviews I have seen my freezer was delivered in perfect condition. No dents scratches or any damage. After a wait so the system can rest from delivery the freezer after turning on worked perfectly. Freezing was fast and freezer held the temp. I have the freezer in my garage and it runs quiet. After loading food products everything remained frozen and freezer is cycling like it should to maintain temperature. I am very happy I purchased it and if you need a small freezer for overflow or any other reason this could be a good choice for you.

Plenty of room to store all your favorite frozen items (within reason) Fits 2 large ice cream containers, 3 bags of chicken nuggets, 8 thin crust pizzas, a box of 32 burgers and 2 packs of bacon. Before maxing out. (removal of the metal baskets was a must)

I received this freezer on Saturday it was delivered to the wrong address I plugged in and worked about 30 min kicked off unplugged tried again same problem I did the return on Sunday Online and was told by email to return to store I went to store first thing Monday morning it was the most terrible experience at Customer Service Rude,Hateful, Disrespectful customer service representative about it not being in the box She spoke with manager she stated same thing to representative I approached Manager and she came and returned item The box should not matter with email confirmation I purchased another freezer on Sunday from Walmart but if I had went through this awful experience before buying 2 nd freezer I would have never bought it I'm am so upset with Walmart

Absolutely terrible experience with Walmart.com customer service. I purchased a deep freezer through Walmart.com and within months it completely stopped working, causing hundreds of dollars worth of food to spoil. I spent HOURS speaking with customer service, repeating myself over and over, providing all order information, and trying to resolve the situation respectfully. I spoke with Mahnoor and later Muhammad, and while both repeatedly apologized and acknowledged how unfair and frustrating the situation was, absolutely no real resolution was provided. The only “solution” Walmart offered was for me to dispute the charge with my bank myself because the return window had passed. Meanwhile, the seller's response was basically for me to spend MORE money buying another freezer from the same company that already sold me a defective one. Unreal. What's most disappointing is that Walmart.com fully acknowledged the appliance failed unexpectedly and caused significant financial loss, yet still refused to stand behind the purchase in any meaningful way because they kept hiding behind policy wording instead of showing actual customer accountability. This entire experience completely destroyed my trust in purchasing expensive items through Walmart.com. Lots of sympathy and scripted apologies, but zero actual help.

It is scratched and dented. i thought that the one that ordered was one with shelves. I am unable to bend like that. look at the when you get it. mine scratches on outside and a dent. I hope that it will work. Again if you're capable of going and looking make sure not dented or scratched. Make sure that there's no dents.. Mine has a few be careful its designed inside so you might not notice it was urgent i had to get it. i wasn't able to reach to feel if holes in bottom. Disappointed that the freezer is a chest. Due to health issues I need one that has shelves. Opened it the food feels frozen good. love the black. It could be a return. i dont know but I am unable to exchange or return. When I can get someone to check it to make sure the dents aren't holes hopefully its only dents. I wish it were thenone with shelves and i could see and reach and organize with a chest . Harder for me for being injured and health issues.

The seller sent me the wrong size freezer and is refusing to make it right. I've reached out many times and he doesn't get back to me! He's a rip off seller! I bought a 3.5 cubic freezer as advertised and he sent me a 2.8!! Beware!! Don't buy from him! I'm still trying to get this fixed!!

Seller is so irresponsible that they can't even reply me back faster, sent wrong size of mini freezer and no response from them. So disappointed. Walmart should not include such 3rd parties who just ruin the customers experience and happiness for shopping.I hate it so bad experience from the seller

This arrived and after taking it out of the packaging it was very visably damaged. It also was non functional. I called the next day after delivery, went through the steps to return the appliance. This was a torturous process with the AI agent but eventually I was able to talk to a person, John, who had to jump through hoops with the computer but eventually he told me I would receive an email with the RMA that I would print out and instructions for FedEx to come and pickup. I have not received this email and when I look at returns on my account nothing is listed there. This is horrible as I am retired and on a fixed income. Walmart this is not right.

It is a cute little freezer, perfect for small spaces. The seller, however, did not respond back to me with a refund for sending me the wrong one because I ordered the 3.5 cu. ft. freezer and they sent me the 2.8 cu. ft. one. That's a big price and size difference and I have still not heard anything else from them on this matter, so beware of the seller.

First off I ordered a 3.5 cu ft minni deep freezer and got a 2.8 they took days to respond with no resolve and I was told that the outside is 3.5 cu ft and the inside is 2.8 cu ft. I was just told sorry about this and that's it. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB and I don't recommend no one purchasing from them. I see that I am not the only one who's had this same issue.
