This stuff has been a godsend. I had to take doxycycline for a sinus infection, and it was aggravating my gerd to the point where I was having symptoms in the middle of the day while completely up right. It was much worse at night when i tried to lay down. The medicine started working almost immediately after taking it, so I was able to go right to sleep.

This product makes me feel better protected against acid reflux. I think it actually helps. It also tastes good and you only have to take it once a day so it is convenient and not hard to do.

since you have to chew it, it becomes very thick in your mouth. the taste is not the best but tolerable. it does its job if you want to give medication a break.

I purchased this item based on the good reviews....however for me it seems to work off an on. Some nights when I take it and its great...other times I take it and I get awaken from sleep because of the acid reflux which tells me it didn't work that time. I am really looking for something that will consistently work for me, so I will probably return it. It just didn't work for me on a regular basis.

It didn't help me at all. The symptoms got worsened.
