For me I take 4 a day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening.
Trying for first time to improve circulation by dilating blood vessels in eye, although it widely described as a supplement to help with memory. Will see if it makes a difference. It's better to look at how it acts in the body rather than what it is for.
Taking this supplement daily has improved my clarity and both short term and long term memory. It has also improved my ability to concentrate on a specific task without getting restless or bored and changing tasks. The cost of a supply of this is much less expensive than some of the expensive nootropics that I have tried.
