I sleep sound and if I have to get up I go right back to sleep. I don't feel groggy in the morning either.
I find using a lower dose of melatonin that is effective gives me better results and has no lingering morning effects. If I feel I need to increase the dose, it is easy to just add another pill or two depending on the situation. Everyone has less natural melatonin as they get older and this is a gentle way of restoring what has been lost in supporting improved sleep

I like that this melatonin supplement comes in small capsule form. I find it is effective for me in promoting sleep. I avoid sleeping pills due to dependency issue due to overuse, so this is a nice alternative to help. This, coupled with a relaxation music station has helped.
