Life Extention was recommended by a Dr & thus far its effectiveness for a family member has been very helpful bringing sleepful rest to her nights.
I sleep sound and if I have to get up I go right back to sleep. I don't feel groggy in the morning either.
I take 2 10 milligrams when I get into bed nightly. If I wake up during the night I take 2 more And go right back to sleep.
I take two of these at night along with two l- tryptophan about 45 minutes before I go to bed and I sleep great. I've always had trouble sleeping but not anymore.
This is good now I can sleep, I don't feel cranky when I wake. What works for me is that I just take a about an hour or even two before bedtime (but that may not work for you). Everyone it affects differently.
I purchased just before recent information on potential long-term side effects, particularly regarding potential cardiovascular risks. I am monitoring research closely.
It does knock you out
Wish LE would be explicit that this is very high dose of melatonin, standard dose is 3-5 mg. Took it couple of times, had paralyzing nightmares, not able to sleep more than 1-2 hours/night.
