my doctor recommended this vitamin since my body lacks some folic acid to help push some of my meds through my liver. i have been taking them for about a week now. and i do gotta say it has made me feel nauseous and i had 2 headaches and the thing i probably didnt like the most is i have like light "shivers" but i feel them in my neck and head. it feels like my neck and head is vibrating. and my girlfriend said she could see my head slightly moving. i hope that side effect goes away. but we will see. it has helped my other meds kick in more like they are suppose to. so with those cons it is worth the pro of my meds actually working now.

I was prescribed this to help with my depression. The prescribed version of this drug is expensive if you don't have insurance. The prescription version also uses dyes I reacted to. This over the counter version is the same exact strength and is a 90 day supply. So I have a lot of money. I also have many allergies to dyes and fillers. I am able to take these with out any issues.

My son was put on deplin to help with his ADHD and insurance won't pay for it... deplin is folic acid so since deplin is so expensive we went this route and works just like deplin and is way cheaper!! Ships very quickly too!!

I have purchased this at a different place and felt changes. After purchasing this one, it felt as though my brain fog was not lifted as much as previously. It was 1/2 the price of the previous produce but it definitely felt 1/2 effective.
