This supplement really works well for me, but it took some doing to get there. I started off with one pill a day and that didn't get the job done. I had to do a loading dose of three pills one with each meal for the first two days. Then, I really felt it and backed off to two pills a day for a day and then I came down to one pill a day. I know that means that I have to buy more bottles, but once I got my testosterone levels up, they're staying up. I do take three pills the day after having sex and then two pills the day after having sex before I go back down to one pill. All of this is to say you may have to experiment with your dosage to find what works. I'm a 68-year-old male in good shape and health. I have had Yang deficiency and was treated by an acupuncturist for two years. That really helped. One of the best things I ever did was take the Dutch test to see how my hormones were doing over a period of a day. The test is kind of expensive, but well worth it if you can afford it.

I read the science on this and it has huge increases in testosterone; I'm 75 and I'm noticing a difference in energy and alertness already! And it's priced in my range too!

My husband has had issues with testerone levels for about 10 years. He was prescribed injections of synthetic testerone that were not effective. After using this for about a month he is experiencing changes. Better muscle tone, skin looks better and hormones seem to be enhanced.

I read the article on this in Life Extension Magazine and held out hope that this might actually work. I'm 70 and, as most men my age, have low testosterone. I'm halfway through the first bottle and have noticed no measurable improvement. To be fair, I did not expect immediate results. I bought the four pack; one, to save money, and two, to give it a chance to succeed. Many of the supplements I take, Vitamin D3, fish oil, etc, have no quantifiable result, though I know they improve my health. This one will have to demonstrate a positive change to continue it's use. I hope to report that after another month or two.

Used it for 3 months, then ordered more and doubled the dosage for a month. Didn't change anything and don't feel different in any way. I'll finish what I have left just in case... I feel like I wasted the money, but I wanted to use it long enough to make certain if it worked or not. It has not.

Was hoping this would help my low-normal T levels as the LE magazine suggested it would. I'm a 41 yo male, super healthy diet with a strict fitness routine but not immune to aging apparently. Tried this product for 3 months with all other factors held constant (diet, supplements, etc), but recent bloodwork revealed no improvement in the numbers. As with most T supplements on the market, it's not worth the investment, at least not for me.
