The box is sturdy, with a lot of space. Make sure to carefully read the instructions when assembling, the order and direction of parts matter. There is no rain getting inside so far, and I've had it up in summer sun for about 3 months with no fading or sun damage.

This is the 8th deck box I have owned. The second Lifetime brand. This deck box is exceptional! The instructions, for the most part, are clear. The sturdiness and quality of the box are superior to ant I have previously owned. Plan on having two people to assemble. Not necessary but makes it go so much quicker.

Pretty easy to put together with two people. Holds 12 - 2-inch chair cushions plus a 3-inch bench cushion. Nothing has gotten wet inside despite 2 very windy storms. Love that the lid has lift supports. Takes up a pretty large space, but I am completely happy with it.

This deck box is beautiful, steady and the assembly process was great. I love the fact that I'm able to lock it becomes if necessary. It also has a gorgeous wood look that really accents the house and the outside furnishings. If I might add, the price is great for the quality delivered.

This box is great for deliveries! It is very big. My parents live on a farm and wanted a box that could fit anything big they might order. It has a spot for a lock and is waterproof. We are very happy with this purchase!

Requires too many tools. One for each size of screw or bolt. None match?? This just takes more time. Directions are not clear for hinges. Even with QR video it's hard to figure which goes on which side. Great product otherwise. Holds all our cushions and the hammock from rain.

I really like it now that it has been put together. But the assembly was difficult because a lot of the holes did not line up. There is a video on YouTube which was helpful, but my product did not snap together as easily as the one in the video. I would buy again

Really like the box but very hard to put together. Had to hire someone. So unless you're a skilled handyman expect to pay up to $150 more because you'll need to hire someone to put it together - and you'll have to find them on your own because Walmart didn't offer the service on this item that I could tell. Plus I thought it was being delivered but I had to go pick up the box at Walmart. It was nearly too big for my 7-seater SUV!

I ordered this item for delivery. It showed up within 1 hour so I was pleased with that service but this item didn't fit my space. I went to my local store and tried to return the item but 2 “managers” refused the return because the item was assembled. I was not made aware of the policy but it would have been nice for a warning before buying because I would have never placed the order.

There are 3 metal rods that need screws to go through them and into the plastic. The holes are too small. There is an immediate metal grinding noise and no way to force the metal screw in. Also, there are several nuts hexagons screws that all different sizes. You need an entire tool chest to get it together.
