This product was much sturdier and better than I was expecting. I would recommend.

Have enjoyed this product over the past year. Great value. Lost a clip for the front sear strap. Called customer service. They were very responsive and shipped the clip with a few Extras.. covered it under a warranty claim!! Exceeded my expactations. Very satisfied

Love this canoe we used it twice now since we bought it during the Pandemic and it has been great. One of the back rests were messed up but I emailed them and they are sending a new one right away. Super happy!

I purchased a Wasatch canoe recently and it came to me with the tracking skeg damaged. The store gave me some credit to take care of it and I was pleased and surprised that when I contacted Lifetime they offered the replacement parts no charge. Additionally, they let me know when the parts were pulled, shipped and sent tracking info for the shipment. I was very pleased with their service and support. You can often judge a company by how they handle a problem and they handled this one expertly with no fuss. I will definitely keep them in mind when purchasing my next canoe or kayak.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Wasatch 130 used and I haven't been able to take it out on the water yet. However, when i bought mine I was missing one of the backrests so I contacted Lifetime customer service and they shipped my out a new backrest at no cost!

The Canoe took six weeks to be delivered but we are enjoying it and feel like we got a great bargain.

Skip it. Tough plastic but hard to move around in. Slippery.

The canoe was delivered early which was good. It was full of scratches and even a few gouges when I received it , which was bad. The packing material, which I assume was to cover the canoe, was taken off and left inside the exposed canoe. Not sure if it would have been in better shape had the plastic covering been left intact. Also, when removing the decal coverings, the decals came off with the coverings. So be careful. One added note; This canoe is heavy so get some help or keep drinking your milk.
