It is a joy riding this trike. I get alot of looks when going down the streets in my neighborhood. Easy to handle. Recommended to many family and friends. I never have the fear of falling off since you are supported by three tires. Love LOVE this trike! Can’t say enough about how my confidence has grown getting out in the world and exploring.

was awesome except one of the back fenders was damaged :( am not happy about that

I ordered a Moon Cool tricycle, and received a eoyo bike. Please send what is on the purchase order, or change it on the website. It's still a nice looking tricycle. Some of the instructions were simple to figure out. The basket seems like it will fall apart easily.

The trike was damaged but the box was fine indicating it was damaged before packing. The company did not respond after receiving pictures of the damage.

I would not suggest to anybody to buy this. In fact I would give it a zero. The assembly was absolutely horrible. I had to disassemble some of the parts that were assembled previous in order to assemble parts that were with the bike. The parts that came with the bike just didn't fit quite right and especially the fenders that attached to the wheel were very flimsy. And fell off when I took it on the bike rack to ride because i live on a steep hill. When I got back to my house I ended up not riding it because it started raining. The screws on the finder parts came off and it just won't roll at all and i dont have any help. You would be able to clearly see by the tires it hasnt been riddin more than I said. Its just sitting in my garage it now wont roll. I saw a previous comment where somebody tried to return it and got a lot of flack from the manufacturer. Im disabled and bought so I had a bike for balance. I thought wrong. Its just really disappointing. Brakes are crappy as well.

This bike is a total assembly. I have plenty of experience working on and maintaining bicycle's. What is assembled you will be disassembling lubricating and properly reinstalling. I'm talking threading and adjusting all cables, derailer,chain,seat, rear axle, fenders, and a flimsy rear basket that comes in 5 pieces. I spent 6hrs. Plus an hour on the basket putting this bike together. The bike is of poor quality the crank is about as cheap as they come and the handle bars right behind, finish looks to be a one coat job. After all the effort in putting this bike together it is difficult to ride particularly on an uneven surface. I didn't believe my 60yr. old wife till I took it out myself. When pedaling this bike it will want to pull you in a circle as to the fact it only drives the rt. rear wheel. Imagine sitting in a wheelchair and only pulling on one wheel. This bike is best suited for a flat surface. Better bikes drive both rear wheels to compensate for this. I would suggest saving yourself a pack of trouble and buy a bike from a local bike shop. Now for the best part! You will be dealing with Lilypelle to return this bike not Walmart. You best be within 30days. It was a very frustrating 2 weeks to get a full refund. They will be nice as pie to you because they haven't any intention of returning your money, they will stall, deceive, negotiate and frustrate the %23$%23%23%23 out of you! If it was not for the kind and understanding customer service Representatives at Walmart I most likely would not have received a full refund. I only wish that I could give zero stars!!

Assembled bike that was supposed to be 550lbs capacity did not get to even pedal and frame bent and seat broke
