My little one could not wait to open these and play with them. They are great for all ages. The logs are sturdy and solid and they fit perfectly with each other. This particular set comes in a nice and sturdy canister, along with directions for different houses that you can make. The instructions are easy to follow. I was going to wait until Christmas to let my kids open these, but I got excited about them, and couldn't wait myself. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants some Lincoln logs that are closest to what they used to be.....strong and durable.

I've been wanting to get these for my kids because it reminds me of my childhood. Wow was it nostalgic watching them playing with the Lincoln Logs and loving it! My little ones built a castle for their princesses and my boy built a fence for his barn animals. This toy truly is versatile and a must have. When my kids out grow it, I will bring it to work with me (I'm a speech pathologist) to use for targeting language during play. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this product. This one of those items that give you the nostalgia of childhood. It makes me so happy to see my three year old having a good time with these, just like I used to. (And still do... shh..). But in all seriousness, I have spent hours playing with my son with these. It is items like these that have seemed to take a step back in the technology age with kids. I love the fact that my son would rather play with these than when he sees an iPhone laying around. The container it comes in is nice. It makes for easy cleanup and storage. It is something my son can open, but not something that will pop open if it falls down. The pieces are well made and we have not had any issues. I like wen my friends come over and say "man, I remember Lincoln Logs!" I'm sure there have been other sales made after someone leaves my house after seeing them. All in all, great item and one that the whole family can have fun with. Brings back the good old times of family time rather and just sitting around a TV.

I remember twenty five years ago building houses with my Dad, and our collection from then was long gone. So happy when I saw these were available, the memories that they brought back. The quality is very nice, as well as the finish of all the pieces. The tin barrel that it comes in is great as well. I don't know who was more excited, me or my 3 year old son! Overall I am very happy with this product and can't wait to build with my son like my father and I did!

What a classic toy! Lincoln Logs have been keeping children entertained for over 100 years. This is the first set of Lincoln Logs that I have gotten for my grandchildren and they are thrilled. The tin is sturdy and holds 117 all stained wood parts. There are many possibilities with this set and makes a perfect activity for all to enjoy. You can make the Classic Meetinghouse and two other structures with the included building instructions. They are easy to stack but stay together nicely. You can create anything you like. I love that they are for 3 to 6 years of age. I enjoy creating and building with my grandsons so there really is no age limit. They are manufactured in America and will bring many years of building enjoyment.

This Classic Meetinghouse Lincoln Log set is fantastic! Both my sons love Lincoln Logs and were super excited to get this set. This is a good size set. It comes with 117 all wood pieces. I love that it comes in a big metal collectible tin. It looks great and brings back my own childhood memories of playing with Lincoln Logs. The tin is also perfect for storing the pieces and keeping them organized all in one place. What I love most about Lincoln Logs is they are quality toys that last for years. They are all wood and super sturdy and durable. Not much has changed with Lincoln Logs throughout the years and I think that's because they are so great. Kids can play with them for years and be rough with them and they will last. My son loves that the set comes with instructions on how to make the meeting house and he also loves to make his own creations. It's a great hands on toy and great for motor skills. I love the quality and attention to detail. Each piece is beautifully crafted. I also love how much fun my boys have playing with this set. I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

I received this product for free to give an honest review. This set came in a huge extremely sturdy tin. Upon opening, I was a bit disappointed in the actual number of pieces in this HUGE tin. It says it has 117 pieces but they are so specific like 4 long logs, a bunch of connectors and then various pieces. The pieces are MEANT TO BE ENOUGH for the picture on front of tin. This product USED TO BE a ton of logs, big, small, medium....enough to build ANYTHING IN YOUR IMAGINATION. Very disappointed that people have to buy several sets to get that once HUGE collection. On the positive, the pieces are very well- made sturdy wood that fit together nicely. The pieces have a very nice smooth finish. It is a very creative toy for little minds and hands working together. In THAT sense I highly recommend. Quite expensive set figuring in you may want to buy ANOTHER SET to get a nice quantity of logs for a WIDE VARIETY of projects to build and then build more until you have a little village. THATS HOW IT USED TO BE.

Love the Lincoln Logs. My grandparents had a set when I was young and I played with them all the time! I hope my great grandson will enjoy as much as I did. Must've had some, ummmmmm, vigorous handling during shipment. Shipping box had some minor damage but the tin had popped open and Lincoln Logs were rattling around in box.

This is a great open ended activity for kids to do! My kids are entertained much longer than a standard toy with a few functions. The only reason I took a star off was because a piece was missing, and we looked all over to make sure we didn't somehow miss it. It includes directions with pictures for how to build this specific meetinghouse. There's also some extra room in the tin that it comes in so you could fit some more in here if necessary. I absolutely love this for both my 2 and 4 year old!

I ordered these for my nephew for Christmas and it was never received. The first order was lost in transit and I cancelled the order an tried to reorder and those were never received.
