Liquid Rubber Black Foundation and Basement Sealant, Indoor & Outdoor, Waterproof, 5 Gallon

This was the second purchase of this product. I went through the first 5 gallons quickly on various projects. The sealer has corrected several water intrusion issues that I have. I plan on having it available on site/home at all times. I fully recommend this product for any foundation sealing needs. You should never trust another. AAA+ Item and Service.

My brother and grandson used this Liquid Rubber Black Foundation and Basement Sealant Indoor and Outdoor on the valley of my roof, and it worked really well! It went on smoothly and created a nice waterproof layer that sealed everything up just like we hoped. I was especially impressed with how thick and strong the coating was once it dried. It gave me peace of mind knowing it could handle both rain and heat. Great for indoor or outdoor use. I definitely recommend this product if you're looking for reliable protection and easy application.

Easy to apply , went on brownish and turned black as it dried , which helped you to tell where you did your first coat !! Applied a few coats to my basement walls from the inside

It's the best waterproofing coating that I've used! It is amazing. It goes on well to bumpy uneven surfaces due to its thick viscous consistency.

I love how this went on. It's like cake batter for your foundation. We put in a bigger basement window and waterproofed around the bottom area. 100% confident it'll keep water out. You can feel how thick it is.

This sealer was easy to apply and created a thick coating over stone blocks and mortar on the inside of a raised planter.

Easy to apply applied 2 coats to a shed floor.. But rain still found it's way in Wr are on a hill...I will apply the final coat tomorrow I f that does not work I may have to do an application to the outside

I used this material to cost the bottom 37" of my 4x4 fence posts. Used 4 coats as directed. Went on smoothly and didnt drip....which was my fear. Dries fast. By the time I reached the 9th post, the 1st was ready for a 2nd coat. Now my pt posts will last 40 years instead of 20.
