Items arrived in very filmsy containers. Overall they are fine, some dirt was lost in the shipping box and the enclosed instructions included were for another type of plant, nothing on the plants purchased and received.

Plants arrived well packed and in excellent condition. Ive had them a little over 24 hours and am allowing them to acclimate to their new environment but I am happy with this purchase.

The box was intact but looked as though it had been used 4 or 5 times before. The plants were barely plants at all anymore, quite withered and dry. The only thing salvageable was their aroma. I suspect the long trip and the hot weather help to dry them out.

the 4 lavender plants i bought came deader than a door knob. They arrived late but i dont think that was the problem. the soil was completely soaked. lavender likes their feet to be dry. i have videos but it only lets me upload photos.
