My husband is thrilled with his new spin bike. Set up was easy, directions were accurate and the few tools needed were included. The heavy weight fly wheel makes it better than models at the gym. And the noise level... or lack of it, makes it easy to put in any room. Worth every penny.
Not hard to put together great for the price. Would purchase again!
Arrived quickly. Many pieces, but fairly easy to assemble. Just take your time. Can move bike around easily. Great workout. And it's quiet. No squeaking.
I took advantage of the free offer of a soft cushion when I ordered my indoor cycle X820. It has thick padding and the adjustable straps allow it to fit well. After using it for a month, I see no signs of wear and would recommend it highly.
The bike works well. Allows for more or less tension while moving. Just what I was hoping for. The assembly was a little trying. Just have to follow the instructions very closing. Even if you mess up. Easily taken apart and redone. Thanks
excellent service from manufacturer
Recently I purchased a Pooboo exercise bike from Walmart online. I was looking for a piece of equipment that was at my price point plus can be used on a daily basis. The bike is built very well and assembly was a breeze. All tools needed are included - great touch! The bike is very quiet and I can watch TV no problem. Shipping was included and everything arrived intact and together. Great product and I highly recco to those on a budget and want to train at home! I still need to activate and setup the Bluetooth services however it works fine in standalone mode.
Nice operating bike. Note that the LCD display is only a timer. There is no speed, distance or power numbers unless you pair to a Bluetooth device. Only then can you use apps.
I received the item and of course it was completely disassembled. In order to assemble it, you have to take everything out of the box... (fine as expected) The first steps involve attaching the base (front and back) to the exercise bike frame. The front base has holes that do not align (not even close) with the bike frame. There is an email from the manufacturer (why is it a hotmail.com account??!!) to which I responded and sent pictures of the base and the frame and showing that the holes do not align. I have not received any response!! I purchased this on walmart.com so I contacted walmart.com help department. After describing the situation to them, pretty much as I did here, I was told that this came from a 3rd party and that they do not have access to the product!!! They suggested that I contact my credit card company to resolve the issue??!!! The agent, Vivian, said this: On checking this is the third party product since am having only limited access right now I'm unable to help with processing the refund/replacement on my end. You can contact your bank for more help on getting these funds back. and then she simply disconnected!!! Tell me why I am purchashing ANYTHING from walmart if they are not going to stand behind or help me with a product that I purchased on their website (advertised as Walmart.com) if they are basically saying, "sorry... you are on your own" I was trying to avoid having to pack all the parts and pieces back up... was just trying to get a replacement part... BECAUSE THIS ITEM IS SO HEAVY! I didn't want to try to go to a store and complain and return it (if they even do that I do not know!!! The agent gave me NO OPTIONS!)
The seat is really so uncomfortable and hurt you cannot enjoy biking at all everything is good but the seat made not satisfied at all
