It's money well spent.
This brush is very well made. The handle is sturdy and so are the bristles. With a lot of hot water and a good brush like this, you can remove just about anything. This brush has some weight to it and should last quite a long time.

Excellent Brush!
I like the long handle and the bristles worked well for cleaning the residue in my first Cranberry-Cheddar Cornbread in my Lodge Fry Pan!

Brush fell apart in 2 weeks
I bought one of these a few years ago and decided to replace it because the brush and handle separated after 4 years of regular use. Within 2 weeks the brush part of the new one broke. It was just sitting in the brush holder next to the sink, after not being used for a few days. Heard a noise and the top half of the black brush part had fallen off in a mess of crumbled black plastic and a pile of bristles. Almost like it exploded. It was late at night so it didn't occur to my partner and I to save it to send back for a replacement or take pictures, it just went in the trash. The one I bought in 2022 was just fine until the handle and brush separated. Not sure if I want a replacement at this point.

Poor quality product
Head separated from the handle quickly. The plastic head split and bristles started falling out. Bristles were softer than expected. I expected more from Lodge.

It broke. But I still like it.
Due to a manufacturing defect, the black plastic head fractured rendering the brush inoperable. I've had two brushes previously so I think this is a rare issue. Not worth the hassle of returning so I'm just ordering another one. But I might try a different vendor in the hope of getting a brush from a different manufacturing batch.

I ordered it hoping it would be a good way to clean my cast iron skillet, but right out of the package it was already broke. the head was completely separated from the handle
