[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a great time with my mouse, and headset! However i almost lost my sound card. The worst part is every time you plug it in, the detachable wire keeps falling off and i have to manually put it in, It's very annoying.

What I like the most is the mic! My friends told me that my voice is way more clearer than ever. The headset surround sound is working perfectly fine! I tried playing with Apex Legends and it sounded so good! The enemy footstep and gunshots were so clear and you can really hear which side they are coming from.

With there being a sale the price was good for the quality of this product and I needed a quality product fast and I won't get scammed this was a reliable fast way to get what I needed

Wonderful sound, both when loud and soft. Needs to be carefully adjusted on the ears so as not to be too tight.

Bought this as a gift for my gamer partner. He says these are incredibly comfy and the sound quality is great. His only critique is that the cord comes out the left side rather than the right. Otherwise 5 stars!

Headset is comfortable, Sound Quality is non existent, Feels underwater with no Bass, even using the tuner in Ghub. For a wired headset, quality should be better

For some reason i thought the web site stated that these headphones were wireless. I was wrong i did double check the spec after i got them in. I will say if you wanted Wireless these are not your headphones but the sound quality is great both headset and mic are really clean.

Unfortunate performance. States 7.1 but sounds like a 3.1, even using the g hub software to test and adjust. Generally mushy sound, even using the g hub equalizer to nearly defeat the lower frequencies while maxing out the higher ones just to get some clarity of sound. From time to time, during gameplay the higher frequencies will vanish entirely, feeling just like your ears closed up during a sudden altitude descent. Disconnecting, restarting, software have no effect. Complete computer restart sometimes restores the sound. Love Logitech products, and I just wish I had sprung for their higher priced / higher performing earphones

Sound quality is decent but WAY too tight, even at maximum adjustment, wearing these gives me a headache. There is no way to make the fit more loose, and for the price I paid, this is a massive disappointment.

Received the package pretty fast, but only one side worked. I was very disappointed because I was recommended these headphones by a few friends. For the price, I expected better.
