[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the mk850 specifically as I had a number of devices. It's has seamless ability to switch between devices which means 1 keyboard and a nice clear bench to work from.
I like this mouse/keyboard combo a lot. Got a link directing me to setup instructions from the seller. Both devices transition smoothly from one computer to the other, but make sure you look for the unifying receiver first thing when you open the box. It was missing from my first order so I had to order a second keyboard and mouse combo. Apparently, some jerks order these things just to steal the small parts that they are too lazy or cheap to buy separately. Good, useful devices.
This wireless keyboard and mouse combo is genuinely the most comfortable, well-designed desktop setup ever created. I have been using this exact model daily since 2018—putting it through countless hours of work and endless typing—and I finally ordered a fresh replacement only because after nearly eight years, the keyboard's tilt leg finally gave out and the mouse finish wore down from pure, non-stop use. The keyboard typing experience is unmatched: the cushioned palm rest gives incredible wrist support, the slight ergonomic curve feels natural right away, and the key travel is quiet, responsive, and easy on the fingers during marathon sessions. The mouse is just as phenomenal, sculpted to fit the hand naturally so you never deal with palm cramps or fatigue. It pairs seamlessly across devices, battery life lasts seemingly forever, and jumping right back into a brand-new set feels just like home. Simply put, it is perfect in every single way. Pros: Elite Ergonomics: Plush, built-in palm rest and curved key layout keep your wrists and hands fatigue-free all day. Incredible Longevity: My original set survived nearly 8 years of heavy, daily professional grinding before needing replacement. Superb Mouse Sculpting: Hand-filling contour and smooth tracking that eliminate wrist strain. Quiet, Responsive Typing: Tactile keystrokes that are satisfying to type on without annoying everyone around you. Flawless Multi-Device Workflow: Effortless switching between screens and setups. Cons: None: Absolutely zero complaints—the gold standard for office and daily desktop productivity. If you spend serious hours at a desk and want an ultra-comfortable, reliable keyboard and mouse setup that will literally last you for years on end, you cannot beat this an enthusiastic, hands-down 5-star review!
I ordered one of these keyboards/mouse combos for my home office that I've had for about a year. I love it so much that I just ordered another for my office office to replace the standard issue one. The wrist rest is ergonomic, the feel of the keys is luxurious, and it makes an incredibly satisfying, yet subdued, clickety noise as you type. I wish I had a 3rd office just to get another MK850 keyboard for.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this combo a year ago and it's perfect. Due to my work, I have 3 different laptops which I can control by a simple click, making it very smooth. Needless to say the mouse shape is very comfy, and the customizable, hidden button for gestures rocks!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my WFH setup and it works amazing, especially when working with multiple PC's that you can have programmed to switch at the click of a button. They are both ergonomically suited to not ache hands working from home.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my office use, feels great, mouse is very smooth with alot of features withing fingers reach and I can connect 2 PC at once. Keyboard has a soft pad to rest my palm while typing. One of the best purchase
The keyboard looses connectivity with the computer and has to reconnect. Sometimes it goes quickly, others it's a few minutes. It's annoying. I downloaded software update thinking that was the issue and largely it solved the problem, but it still has it's moments.
I was excited about this ergonomic keyboard and mouse, but the right foot broke after just a few days with minimal pressure. It's poorly built for the price, and I don't feel confident it will last. Not reliable for daily work. I liked the comfort and setup ease, but the fragile build quality was a big letdown. For the cost, I expected better durability. Would not recommend if you need something long-lasting for work.
There was no usb dongle in the package! So I had to use bluetooth as the connection. Using bluetooth is very herky-jerky (technical term). The mouse and keyboard delay is so annoying. I don't recommend.
