It turned out so so good I normally don't write reviews, but I've had no success in making a good fried chicken this made it easy and was perfect a little on the crispy side but we like it like that some people may find it too hard and crispy you can always go lighter on the coating .

Easy and Delicious
Just recently heard of this product and gave it a try. I love how easy it is to use and surprisingly versatile. I used it in with baked chicken and was beyond impressed with the ease of use (just dipped in egg before coating), flavor and the cost. Total win here, highly recommend giving this a try for something new. Its a new favorite. I received a complimentary sample to try out.

Delicious Homemade Fried Chicken Made Simple
This chicken fry mix made homemade fried chicken so easy! The coating cooked up perfectly crispy and golden while keeping the chicken tender and juicy inside. Would highly recommend trying.
Excellent chicken fry. Seasoning is perfect. I usually dip my tenders. But not with this Seasoning. Taste so good I didn't want anything to cover up the favor. I do wish it would have gotten a bit crispy though. Package was enough to do 13 good sized chicken tenders. I'll definitely purchase again. Would highly recommend.

Great way to make fried chicken with less steps
This made the chicken really crispy and flavorful without being spicy. It was easy to use and made a simple weeknight dinner feel a little more special. My family enjoyed it, and I'd definitely buy it again.

Never disappoints and seasoning is on point!
This is by far my favorite product when it comes to frying! It has the best flavor and seasoned to perfection. It never disappoints when we fry chicken!

GOOD CHICKEN COATING CAN BE SPICY WITH ADDITIONAL SEASONINGS ON FOOD. I USED IT WITHOUT SEASONING MY CHICKEN IT WAS VERY GOOD. TO EACH ITS OWN ON HOW YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD

Louisiana Chicken Fry Coating Powder Mix, 9 oz Bag
It is ok, in my opinion, but didn't work as well as explained. Chicken was dry when coating applied but it fried up rock hard in some spots. Peeled that off after frying. The taste was ok.

Tastes delicious but it's SPICY! I chose this one thinking it wouldn't be spicy since they offer a "spicy" variety but I was absolutely wrong. My kids like hot wings but this wwa sadly a bit too much for them
